City Centre

The City Centre is the heart of Copenhagen, where you will find most of the attractions Copenhagen has to offer.

Strøget, one of the largest pedestrian zones in all of Europe, is one of the most popular attractions in the City Centre and almost every tourists visits Strøget when in Copenhagen.

Nyhavn is also a must-see for Copenhagen tourists, which is known for the 18th century houses and historical wooden ships. A great place to go for an authentic Danish lunch or dinner. Hans Christian Andersen lived in Nyhavn for 18 years and was very fond of the area.

The Tivoli Gardens, located close to the central Station, is also an all-time favorite among locals and tourists. This famous amusement park opened in 1843 and is among the oldest amusement parks on the planet.
